During the investigation, General Manager Yu introduced the general situation of the third phase of the intelligent factory. He said: "Our company's third phase of the intelligent factory adopts a fully enclosed and automated production mode as a whole, introducing 9 fully automatic and intelligent production lines, with a single shift capacity of 15000 pieces per day and an annual single shift capacity of 60000 tons."
Inspector Yang Yulan and his party also learned about the use of our company's wind control system. Liu Wenquan, our company's quality supervisor, showed the operation process of "Inner Mongolia Wind Control System APP" daily inspection and quarterly inspection. Through the wind control system, a linkage supervision system of main body self-inspection, grass-roots inspection, local and municipal spot checks and high-level supervision was realized, thus promoting the effective monitoring of enterprise risk points.
Director Zhang Yinjiang pointed out that the application of "Inner Mongolia risk control system APP" not only completes the monitoring of risk points, but also provides training and guidance to enterprises, further strengthens the enterprise's understanding of risk prevention, and enables enterprise managers to enhance the awareness of risk management and control, consolidate the foundation of risk management and control, and put forward higher requirements for risk prevention in the production process.
During the visit to the raw and auxiliary materials warehouse, Liu Haifeng, minister of the collection and supply center, said: "our company's warehouse has further strengthened the quality and safety of raw materials for food production through temperature and humidity control, prevention and control of the 'four harms', regional placement of raw and auxiliary materials, and special management of food additive warehouse."
