On June 30, 2020, with the last box of archives on the shelves, nearly 23000 archives were sorted out and put on the shelves in accordance with the national archives industry standards, which marked a new step in the archives management of Inner Mongolia grassland red sun Food Co., Ltd., and laid a solid foundation for building an autonomous region level archives.
On July 4, 2020, President Yu Junlin, Vice President of the Public Affairs Center Yu Xiulin, Vice President of the Technology Center Lei Qing and other leaders inspected the company's new archives. Yu Zong fully affirmed the work of the archives and hoped that the next step would be to speed up the digitalization and informatization of archives, promote the further improvement of archives management, and make archives management more effectively serve the high-quality development of enterprises.
Since its establishment in 2003, the archives work has been highly valued by the company's leaders. With the continuous growth of enterprises, the scale and management level of the original archives can not meet the requirements of enterprise development. At the beginning of 2019, the company's administrative department put forward the strategic goal of building an autonomous region-level archives based on the actual situation of our company. This idea immediately received the full support of the company's leaders at all levels. The company allocated special expenses for the upgrade and expansion of the archives. In August 2019, 12 groups of advanced intelligent archives racks in the industry were installed. In September, hardware supporting facilities such as basemap cabinets and antimagnetic cabinets were installed, effectively solving the hidden dangers of degaussing of audio tapes, tapes, video tapes, disks and other data, making their storage safer and more reliable.
At the same time, the administrative department has also listed the file arrangement work as the focus of the department's work, identified the specific responsible person, and assigned special personnel to cooperate with the work of the archives, so as to ensure that the special personnel are responsible and organized in place, so as to ensure the solid and effective development of the file arrangement work. In order to ensure that all files will be put on shelves before June 30, 2020, archivists will work overtime and carefully analyze each file in strict accordance with the relevant requirements and standards of the national "Archives Classification Rules". They will sort out, bind and file them one by one, and finally ensure that all files in the original archives will be put on shelves on time.
