From April 24 to April 25, our company carried out the internal audit of "quality, food safety, HACCP" systems in 2019-2020.
In the morning of April 24, the organization held the first meeting, the internal audit team leader quality technology center minister Jia Yue table stressed that "this internal audit, all departments should attach great importance to, actively cooperate, strengthen communication, to ensure the smooth development of the internal audit work. Internal auditors should be in a highly responsible attitude, and effectively find the problems in the operation of the system, and do a good job of summary analysis."
This audit conducted a comprehensive, serious and detailed audit of all departments of our company through consulting documents, asking questions, talking and on-site inspection. It not only found the highlights in the system construction and operation of the audited department, but also found the weak links in the system operation, and communicated with the audited department in time on the problems found in the inspection.
On the afternoon of April 25, the audit summary meeting was held. Liu Wenquan, deputy head of the audit team and head of the Quality Technology Center, reported the results of the internal audit and required all departments to rectify the observation items and unqualified items found in the audit in a timely manner.
The effective operation of the system is an important guarantee for our company to maintain stable development, and it is also a strong guarantee for the continuous improvement of the company's management level.
