3. Project Overview
1. No. 2 workshop with 60000 tons of hot pot soup in the eastern district of inner Mongolia grassland red sun food co., ltd. has a single-storey construction area of 3060 ㎡, with a total of three-storey design and a total design construction area of 9180 ㎡.
2. This workshop is positioned as a flexible customized workshop, based on the design concept of multi-specification, multi-process, multi-variety and high capacity.
3. In order to make full use of the workshop space and improve the equipment capacity, the second floor is designed as a high-rise design, with a steel platform in the middle. The platform is designed as a material temporary storage tank and a material liquid cooling equipment storage workshop. The platform is designed as a filling workshop and a semi-finished product temporary storage area. The usable area of the workshop above the steel platform is 1957 ㎡, so the actual total usable area of the workshop is 11137 ㎡.
4. The workshop has a total of 23 production lines designed, with a double shift system and a maximum daily production capacity of 25000 pieces per shift.
5. The first floor of the workshop is designed as a self-standing bag filling workshop (including self-standing bag pressing pipe area). Each pipe pressing machine can produce 45000 bags per shift, and the total production capacity of 6 sets is 270000 bags. A total of 5 self-standing bag filling lines are designed, including 3 circulating filling lines (2 filling machines for each line) and 2 DC filling lines (1 filling machine for each line). Due to the requirements of research and development technology, this product must go through a cooling process after filling (the temperature of semi-finished products can be reduced to about 40 ℃ before packing). Other areas are mainly semi-finished products secondary packaging area, which is equipped with bag packaging machine and pillow packaging machine. The daily production capacity of bag feeding machine is 9000 pieces per shift, that of pillow machine is 5400 pieces per shift, and that of secondary packaging finished products is 14400 pieces per shift.
6. The second floor of the workshop is the installation area of the temporary storage tank for product material liquid, and the tallow plate material production area (with 2 cooling and forming production lines for filling semi-finished products). The tallow plate material production line is designed to produce 64800 bags of semi-finished products per shift, totaling 1080 finished products. In addition to the semi-finished products temporary storage area, other areas for the filling area, a total of 16 production lines designed.
7. Due to the space requirements of the production line layout, the interlayer on the second floor of the workshop is designed as a three-dimensional cold storage area for sheet metal, which needs to be hollowed out. Other areas are steel structure platforms and temporary storage tank placement areas for material liquid.
8. All boiling equipment is placed on the third floor of the workshop, I .e. the shearing reactors are all designed for steel platform operation. All reaction kettles and natural gas frying pans must be added to the weighing system, and the weighing, temperature, liquid level and pressure in the frying and boiling processes must be fully monitored and controlled automatically. All steam outlets must be separated from steam and water. The treated wastewater is discharged into sewage pipelines and the waste gas enters waste gas treatment equipment.

This equipment recruitment project consists of two parts: the first bid section is a complete set of equipment items (frying and filling supporting equipment) on the second floor, the second floor and the third floor of workshop 2; The second bid section is the first floor equipment project of the workshop (equipment in the packaging area and its auxiliary equipment).

4. Recruitment Requirements
