3. Project Overview
1. Technical renovation and expansion of steam boiler project of 60000-ton hot pot soup in the eastern district of Inner Mongolia grassland Red Sun Food Co., Ltd.: 4 4-ton steam boilers are installed in the boiler room of the new energy center. The boiler fuel is natural gas, which provides saturated steam for workshops 1#, 2# and 3#. The steam pressure is 0.6-0.8mpa, and 40m softened water tank and 30 m/h softened water equipment are equipped for 4 steam boilers.
2. The steam boiler adopts modular linkage operation to realize pressure control (start and stop of 4 boilers and high and low combustion control).

The boiler room control room is equipped with equipment operation monitoring large screen (upper computer system), and the background control system (controlling the start and stop operation of air compressor, boiler and water treatment equipment) is realized. The control system screen displays the operation data and alarm signals of air compressor, boiler and water treatment equipment, realizes real-time monitoring of the operation status of high-voltage cabinet in power distribution room and the temperature and current of transformer, and real-time monitoring of conversion and consumption data of energy equipment at all levels, provide reference data for cost control of each workshop.
4. brief introduction of design requirements for sub-cylinder: carbon steel ø450, operating working pressure: 0.8 MPa, design pressure: 1.6 MPa, design temperature:<300 ℃, working medium: steam, outlet: DN200 * 1, DN100 * 2 (reserved), inlet: according to the corresponding configuration of boiler steam outlet, equipped with corresponding stop valve, safety valve, drain valve, pressure gauge and thermometer.

Brief introduction to the technical requirements of the energy pipe gallery: the steam pipe of the boiler room of the energy center is divided into cylinders on the 3rd floor of workshop 1 and cylinders on the 3rd floor of workshop 2 (the pipe position of workshop 3 is reserved), with steam condensate recovery pipelines; Compressed air pipelines from the air compressor room of the energy center to workshops 1 and 2 (access ports and pipeline positions are reserved for workshop 3); the high-voltage cable tray of each workshop is installed on the top of the energy pipe gallery (3 120 copper cables are placed in the tray); the length of the energy pipe gallery is about 150 meters (subject to the measurement data on the construction site).
