3. Project Overview
1. Power supply project for technical renovation and expansion of 60000-ton hot pot soup in the eastern district of Inner Mongolia grassland Red Sun Food Co., Ltd.: the total power supply capacity is 6050KVA, of which the transformer capacity of workshops 1, 2 and 3 is 1600KVA (reserved for transformer in workshop 3) respectively, and the transformer capacity of the new energy center is 1250KVA, totaling 4 transformers.
2. This recruitment power supply project is the high-voltage power supply part outside the red line of the plant area and the high and low voltage power distribution part in the plant area.
3. The 10KV high-voltage power supply shall be subject to the access point provided by the power supply bureau, and shall be laid overhead with a distance of about 1700 meters.
4. Technical requirements for power distribution equipment:
(1) The high-voltage part of the power distribution room of the energy center uses a single power supply and single bus section (prepared for adding dual power supplies in the future) to design four feed circuits. The DC panel is installed in the power distribution room of the energy center. The power distribution room of the energy center sends out 10KV power supply to each workshop. The power distribution room of each workshop is equipped with transformers. The low-voltage side of the power distribution room of each workshop uses single power supply, single bus and non-segmented mode. The low-voltage power supply part in the distribution room of each workshop is composed of drawer cabinet and GGD cabinet, which are connected by busbar.
(2) The transformer of the energy center is installed in the power distribution room of the energy center. The high-voltage side of the transformer adopts the connection mode of up-out and up-in, and the low-voltage power supply adopts the mode of single power supply and single bus without segmentation.
(3) Substation capacitance compensation cabinet: power factor compensation adopts low-voltage centralized compensation method, equipped with reactors; automatic power factor compensation capacitor cabinet and low-voltage cabinet are arranged side by side on the low-voltage side of the distribution room, and the power factor is greater than 0.95 through automatic compensation.
(4) The integrated grounding device of the transformer foundation main body installed in this project shall be reliably connected, and the grounding resistance shall be less than 0.5 ohms, and resistance reduction measures shall be taken if necessary.
(5) Handover test of main equipment and setting of high-voltage incoming circuit breaker shall be carried out according to the national standard, and a handover test report of main equipment and debugging report of relay protection device shall be provided.
(6) certificates such as factory certificate, instruction manual and factory test report of power distribution equipment.
(7) Complete the installation, commissioning and power transmission of high and low voltage power distribution equipment.
8. Project construction site: The project construction site is located at No.15, Area C, Yulong Industrial Park, Yuquan District, Hohhot City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.
