3. Project Overview
1. Workshop 1 of Inner Mongolia Grassland Red Sun Food Co., Ltd. was put into use in 2012, with a four-story building and a roof area of 1540 ㎡. There are 11 production lines in workshop 1, which are mainly used for the production of hot pot dip and self-standing bag products. The production process is top-down three-dimensional, namely frying, filling and packaging. There are 9 hot pot dip production lines and 2 self-standing bag production lines in the frying workshop. Independent flue gas emission facilities shall be set up in the frying workshop.
2. It is planned to upgrade and transform the waste gas treatment system on the roof of workshop 1. The scope of transformation is mainly to treat a large amount of waste gas such as steam and oil mist generated during the frying process of steam sandwich pan.
3. The scope of the project is a complete set of equipment from the export of the original exhaust gas treatment system to the modified exhaust gas treatment system to the chimney discharge port, including the manufacture, transportation, installation, commissioning and after-sales service of exhaust gas treatment equipment and control system. Civil engineering, platform foundation, auxiliary works in equipment area, etc. in waste gas treatment works.
4. Floor bearing: the floor bearing after renovation shall not exceed 150kg/㎡; Electricity consumption of waste gas treatment unit: the total power of waste gas treatment unit equipment after renovation shall not exceed 150KW, and the waste gas treatment equipment must be energy-saving and environmentally friendly.
5. After the implementation of the project renovation, there shall be no smoke accumulation, insufficient suction and overflow of smoke from the smoke exhaust hood during smoke exhaust, and the air duct connection shall be well sealed and there shall be no air leakage problem. There shall be no water accumulation and dripping from the exhaust hood of the workshop to the overall air duct of the exhaust gas treatment system. After flue gas treatment, meet the environmental protection emission requirements (Refer to 2018 Beijing "Emission Standard for Air Pollutants from Catering Industry" DB 11/1488-2018), there shall be no obvious peculiar smell at the outlet (Emission standards refer to the draft of "odor pollutant emission standards")。
6. The exhaust pipe shall be made of stainless steel above 201 with a thickness of 2.0mm (waste gas must be separated from water vapor in advance to avoid corrosion of the pipe).
7. Project construction site: The project construction site is located at No.15, Area C, Yulong Industrial Park, Yuquan District, Hohhot City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.
8. Source of funding: self-financing.
9. Planned construction period: July 2022-October 2022.
