1. Construction content
The total area of the project is about 6100 ㎡, and the total construction area is about 20000 ㎡. The content of this construction is to build a new production workshop of about 10673.2 ㎡, with three floors above the ground (local interlayer) building height of 22.5 meters; Energy Center 1620 ㎡ and ancillary facilities, etc.

The construction site of this project is located at No.15, Area C, Yulong Industrial Park, Yuquan District, Hohhot City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.

4. Structural scheme: The main structure of the construction project adopts concrete frame structure.

4. Recruitment Requirements
1. The registration unit has the qualification of independent legal person (business license), the certificate of legal representative, the power of attorney of the legal representative, and good credit; the construction enterprise with the qualification of construction and installation project contracting level 3 or above has the safety production license, and the registration unit shall register with the Housing and Construction Bureau of Inner Mongolia Autonomous region, and have the corresponding ability in personnel, equipment and funds.
2. Financial requirements: good financial position in the past three years (with the financial and accounting statements audited by the audit institution of the accounting firm for 2019-2021, including the balance sheet, cash flow statement, profit statement and financial statement).
3. Performance requirements: I have undertaken the construction performance of similar projects in the past five years; (For completed projects, a bid-winning notice, contract agreement or completion certification materials must be issued, and for projects under construction, a bid-winning notice or contract agreement must be issued)
4. Reputation requirements: no bad records; and provide supporting materials.
5. Project manager qualification: have the qualification of construction engineer of Grade II or above; The project manager to be put into this project shall have three years or more of construction experience in similar projects and have served as a project manager for three years or more, have the qualification of second-class construction engineer or above registered by the unit, and have served as the project manager of at least one similar project.
6. Qualification of chief engineer (technical director) of the project: the chief engineer (technical director) of the project to be put into this project shall have three years or more of construction experience in similar projects and have served as chief engineer (or technical director) of the project for three years or more, and have served as project management of at least one similar project.
7. The main personnel to be invested in this project, including quality management personnel, financial director, entrusted agent, project manager, technical director and full-time safety production management personnel, are all personnel of the unit and have technical titles or qualification certificates. The project manager and the project chief engineer of the proposed contract project shall not work part-time in other projects, and the project manager and the project chief engineer shall not be stationed at the site for less than 25 days per month. The personnel holding Class B certificate of safety production assessment and the project manager shall not be replaced during construction.
8. Other requirements: Applicants outside Inner Mongolia must also have the "Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Project Engineering Practitioner Record Certificate" and the safety production assessment certificate.
