3. Project Overview:
In order to improve the efficiency of logistics and distribution and increase sales, it is planned to purchase resources for the following lines of finished product handling and transportation business, and conduct open competitive negotiations according to the company's needs.

Sub-line of bid section II: logistics assembly and delivery business for inner Mongolia shabu food co., ltd., a subsidiary of red sun (bound with main line of bid section II, overall quotation)
Remarks:
The annual estimated shipment volume of bid section I is 20900 tons, and the total loading and unloading volume is 3.7205 million pieces (see annex 1).
The annual estimated shipment volume of bid section II is 22600 tons, and the total loading and unloading volume is 4.0444 million pieces (see Annex 2).
The annual estimated shipment volume of bid section II auxiliary line is 7227 tons, and the total loading and unloading volume is 891300 pieces (see Annex 3).

4. Eligibility Requirements:
1. The competitor must be registered in the People's Republic of China with independent legal person status and registered capital ≥ 10 million yuan (consistent with actual registration);
2. The competitor must have ≥ 3 years of transportation business operation experience in the food or fast-selling industry, and the annual turnover in the food or fast-selling industry is ≥ 20 million, the number of self-owned vehicles is ≥ 20, and provide the motor vehicle registration certificate registered before December 31, 2021, the number of contract controllable vehicles is ≥ 30, and provide the vehicle transportation contract for the whole year of 2021, and the number of self-owned vehicles in the province is ≥ 10 and provide registration before December 31, 2021. Motor vehicle registration certificate; certificate of legal representative, power of attorney of legal representative, performance table of similar projects in recent three years and other supporting materials, etc.
3, hold the validity of the road transport license, and the operation of good logistics enterprises;
4. Provide general taxpayer qualification certification materials, with the qualification to issue special value-added tax invoices required by the national transportation industry and other relevant witness materials;
5. The legal representative or investor of the unit is the same person, or different units with holding, investment and management relationships are not allowed to participate in this competition project at the same time. This competition does not accept joint quotations from multiple units, and subcontracting or subcontracting is not allowed;

5. project schedule and requirements:
1. Registration time: from November 10, 2021 to November 22, 2021;
2. Pre-qualification time: November 23, 2021 to November 24, 2021;
3. Sale time of negotiation documents: negotiation documents will be sold from November 25, 2021 to November 26, 2021 after prequalification. The price of each set of negotiation documents is RMB 0 yuan;
4. Negotiation time: 9: 00 on December 3, 2021;
5. The competition documents will be sealed and delivered at the negotiation meeting site.
6. Registration Instructions
The composition and sequence of the registration qualification documents shall be provided according to the following requirements:
1. Qualification documents for transportation registration:
(1) A valid business license (duplicate);
(2) valid organization code certificate (copy);
(3) Valid tax registration certificate (duplicate) (above or three certificates/five certificates in one business license (duplicate);(4) Road transport business license (and within the validity period);
(5) The original certificate of the legal representative or the power of attorney;
Note: If the legal representative signs up, please attach the legal representative's identity certificate (or certificate) and the original ID card. If the authorized client signs up, please attach the original power of attorney and the original ID card;
(6) Provide certification materials for the qualification of general taxpayers, and the certification materials for tax payment in accordance with the law for any three months in the last year;

-Provide the original of the valid transportation contract or bid-winning/closing notice for the transportation of food or fast-selling goods in the past three years (2019-2021); Provide the original financial statement of food or fast-selling goods transportation turnover (2019-2021);
-The number of self-owned vehicles ≥ 20, and the motor vehicle registration certificate registered before December 31, 2021 shall be provided;
-The number of controllable vehicles in the contract is ≥ 30, and the vehicle transportation contract for the whole year of 2021 is provided;
-The number of self-owned vehicles on the provincial line is ≥ 10, and the motor vehicle registration certificate registered before December 31, 2021 is provided;
The above certificates and certification materials shall be stamped with the official seal of the scanned copies of the original, and shall be combined in a PDF format document according to the above "composition and order" and submitted to the 840107773@qq.com e-mail box for review.
